Visual condition: generally very good; the horn's formerly
worn and shabby lacquer was fully removed as part of the
reconditioning process mentioned below, and the brass
surfaces polished.
Case: original Yamaha hard case in very good condition.
A used but very good, relatively inexpensive
horn with a clear, ringing sound and a superb high
register. It is ideal for a young, improving player
who is upgrading from a single or a ‘mini’ horn.
Although a professional-quality instrument,
it is also listed in the Intermediate category
on account of its very reasonable price.
NB: I am selling this horn on behalf of GBMS (Gerry
Birch Music Services, Canterbury, UK), in whose
workshop it has been reconditioned and serviced
very recently.
