The YAMAHA YHR-667 is a really excellent

Geyer-inspired professional-quality horn.

No longer made, it is becoming scarcer,

and is now much in demand.

This lovely horn is in very good condition, other than

some lacquer blemishes (wear and scratches).

Its owner reports that it was very recently fully overhauled

by Roy Cox brass repairs.

It plays beautifully across the entire range, on both

sides of the instrument, with a very centred,

ringing sound and reassuring note 'slots'

in the high register.

It is currently configured as Bb-F.

Medium detachable bell.

Lacquered yellow brass.

String valve linkages.

Duck's foot/flipper/

Distance from finger hook to 4th valve plate: 11cm;

of course, there is some scope for adjustment here, via

the string linkage.

Weight 2.5 kg

Original very strong and protective Yamaha 'suitcase'

in good condition.
