A superb Alexander 103

in lacquered yellow brass with a gold brass

leadpipe, formerly played professionally in the

BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, Scotland.

Dating from the late 1990s, this lovely, sensitive horn

has been lovingly well-maintained and is in excellent

condition overall.

It plays with a warm, rich sonority over the whole

range, and comes with an Alexander leather holding

strap, and with the original Alex 'mock-croc' case

with canvas case cover, in very good condition.

It is fitted with a 'JoyKey' and with a post to attach

the left-hand strap.
