Further details:

This is a very special Hoyer!

It has been extensively customised with several

important CORNFORD* components: leadpipe, bell flare and tail.

*Christopher Cornford is a leading German horn maker, formerly an Alexander master-craftsman.

Replacement of these critical hand-made components has resulted in a horn that is a fine, sensitive instrument with ‘all the notes in the right places’ and a flexible range of tone colours.

Furthermore, an alternative Alexander bell flare may be available with this horn.

NB: the horn is currently housed with its owner in Dorking, Surrey, UK. Contact details can be provided on request.
