Visual/cosmetic condition: good, although this is not 'the prettiest of horns', due to quite a lot of lacquer wear.
However, this is merely a 'cosmetic' issue, since the horn displays many fine qualities, and plays with much more 'freedom of blow' than many Paxman Medium horns.
