Year of manufacture:  early to mid-1960s

Type: F / Bb full double

Bell throat profile: medium-large

Alloy: lacquered yellow brass

Bell flare: fixed

Water key: conventional type, on the mouthpipe.

Visual / cosmetic condition: ‘has seen some use’ but generally good for its age. There is one small patch, on the front F side bow.

Fitted with a duck’s foot and an adjustable finger hook.

Played professionally in the Orchestra of Scottish Opera.
