Further details: a wonderful and versatile Geyer-style double horn, hand made in Germany using top quality materials and parts made in the Finke workshop: I visited it in 2016 and saw for myself.

Every pitch is exactly where it should be, the rotor action is smooth, light and positive, and the huge potential range of tonal shading is awesome. A recent slight increase in bell flare thickness gives a more intense ‘core’ to the sound.

Case: not included in the price, but usually available or can be ordered.

NB: Price information and comparison: an equivalent horn, with similar specification, made by one of the well-known European horn makers, would cost at least £2,500 more.
